DMQ-07 Small Media Lab Mill Combines Versatility and Affordability

Akron, Ohio. . .The new DMQ-07 Small Media Lab Mill is now available from Union Process, a manufacturer of grinding and dispersing equipment for a broad range of industrial applications.

The DMQ-07 operates in either continuous or circulation modes and features easily adjustable product discharge openings to accommodate grinding media from 1mm to as small as .3mm. The mill utilizes Delta discs, a proprietary design that eliminates shaft whip and mill vibration, while providing much greater random media motion for improved milling efficiency. The discs are indexed to provide directed and uniform media distribution throughout the mill chamber. A large, heavy-duty media separator at the end of the mill makes service fast and easy.

When compared to other small media mills offering the same features and benefits, the DMQ-07 proves to be a cost-effective option.
